FAQ

Do I need previous experience?
No experience needed for kitchen or cashier roles — we train. For supervisor/manager positions, prior restaurant management experience is required.
What's the minimum age to work at WingO?
16 for front-of-house and kitchen. Delivery drivers must be 18+ with a valid license.
Do I need to know how to make wings before applying?
Nope. We teach the Sauce Boss way from scratch. What we look for: attitude, work ethic, teamwork.
How long does the hiring process take?
Usually 1-2 weeks from application to first shift. We aim to respond to every application within 5 business days.
Are you hiring for Winnipeg?
Yes — Winnipeg is opening soon and we need the full crew. Kitchen, cashier, delivery, supervisors, and a General Manager. Ground-floor opportunity.
What are the hours like?
WingO is open 11 AM – 1 AM (Mon-Wed) and 11 AM – 3 AM (Thu-Sun). Shifts are typically 6-8 hours. Late-night shifts are available (great for tips).
