The story behind the vault

When the Sauce Boss landed in Regina in 2019 with $800 and two bags, he didn't have a restaurant plan. What he had was 18 months of obsessive recipe development. Dozens of failed sauces. Hundreds of late-night experiments. Each flavor tested, refined, tested again.
